MEETING VENUE. why we're choosing JEstation is because, some of us would be buying the barbeque food at imm in the morning. so, we wouldnt want to like go all the way back to gombak again &go back to je again &things like that. so we would meet at 11am, at JEstation straight.
BARBEQUE FOOD. okay, the barbeque food, we'll have a few of us to go get it will do. cause we wouldnt want to have all 10+ of us down giant. yeah, so, the comittee would buy it &the others, would have more time sleeping(: yeah, so, dont worry about the food(:
COST. we've borrowed 150dollars from mrlee first, so, we'll have to pay him alright(: &plus the rental fee of the chalet. &each of us have to pay $20, for everything. (: we might use a little too much, so, everyone might have to pay a little more ya? hope all of ya dont mind okay(;
ATTENDENCE. now, there are only like 10 of us coming? i'll list them out now(: Weijia, Cynthia, Khengyee, Marion, Nicole, Kirby, Guowei, Haozhe, Ivan, Cedric, Shaowei. Mr lee, Supeng, Mervyn. &thats all. yeah, &those names in red, they're still pretty unsure. &of cause, i hope they'll come yeah(: do confirm with us by today, hopefully, all in by tomorrow morning. &others, please tell us if you're able to come if you have not brought up anything about it to us ASAP.
